You can't be a fifth generation grape grower without developing intuitive knowledge of how quality fruit makes great wine. It's in Simon’s blood. The result is a range of classic Adelaide Hills cool-climate wines that proudly carry the Simon Tolley stamp.
The majority of the wines are from his 27 hectare block at Woodside which he developed with his father, Andrew, back in the 90s. Since then, he has developed his own successful viticulture business which services many well known local wineries and gained first hand knowledge to reinforce his belief that the Hills is the best place to create fine wine.
To encapsulate Simon’s family history, viticulture background and his philosophy that great wine is made in the vineyard, our label design features a ‘man of vines’. This, with the bold branding and Simon’s hand written text, create a distinctive and crafted package to present his fabulous wines to the market.
